With around 100 classes a week targeting the key areas of strength, cardio fitness and core and mobility, our programming offers safe and time-efficient training with purpose.

Active Live’s workouts will enable you to achieve the greatest results in the most time-efficient manner – and with a smile on your face!

Sessions differ in duration and format, so you’ll never get bored and will always stimulate greater results. Our high-class coaches will personalise your training, helping you get to know your body and understand how to reach its true potential. Active Live’s proven approach works: results don’t plateau, they keep improving, year on year.

Open 7 days a week, we kick things off early with 5:15am session for the pre-work crowd, and keep going til bedtime! For just $77 per week you have access to unlimited group training sessions. Check out the classes below.

STRENGTH EXPRESS

Get great results in less time – no more spending hours in the gym, without seeing results. Kick off your training week with a strength challenge, using your own bodyweight as well as equipment. All levels.

CARDIO EXPRESS

Time to challenge your fitness like never before. Reach that cardio bliss in less time. A mix of moves to get your heart racing, using bodyweight and cardio equipment. Any running is completed outside. All levels.

STRENGTH ENDURO

Challenge yourself for a little longer. Build muscle mass and burn energy, long after your workout is completed. This workout will test your muscle endurance and you will head into the weekend feeling super strong. All levels.

CARDIO ENDURO

This heart pumping, fun circuit is for cardio lovers. Any running is completed outside, with a range of cardio equipment back inside the studio, like rowers, ski ergs and assault bikes + more. All levels.

A mix of dynamic yoga, ending with slow, yin style yoga with holding stretches and meditation. A perfect balance to the rest of your training week. Mats provided or BYO. All levels.

CORE + MOBILITY

60 MINUTES

Our famous core, posture and abs programs! These workouts are a valuable addition to your training week, in order to increase core strength, stability, mobility and prevent injury.

KIDS FITNESS

45 MINUTES

A great opportunity for your child/ren to experience strength and cardio exercises, in a safe and fun environment. These programs are an absolute blast, with lots of interesting group circuits, games and “ninja warrior” style drills to keep them energised and excited.

DYNAMIC YOGA

HAYMARKET ONLY

55 MINUTES

Flow, Vinyasa, athletic style yoga sequence. An energising workout. Mats provided. All levels welcome.

FLOW + MELLOW YOGA

MAT PILATES

45 MINUTES

Strengthen your body’s “powerhouse” – abdominals, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hips and glutes. Feel stronger through your core and reduce back pain. Improve flexibility and posture, with stretching included as part of this class. Equipment and mats provided. All levels.

OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP

Great outdoors training, on the beach and on the oval! Our Bootcamp sessions offer time-efficient training with purpose – and with the added benefits of breathing the ocean air and feeling the sand and grass beneath your feet!

Personal Training

Personal training is one-on-one training with the guidance and expertise of a qualified fitness professional whose sole focus is improving your fitness and wellbeing.

 

Why choose Personal Training?

For many Active Live members, the social aspect of our small group training sessions is exactly what they want, but for others, an even more personalised approach is in order.

Whether you’re new to exercise, stuck in a motivational rut, or in need of accountability, working with a Personal Trainer can help you rehabilitate from an injury, improve movement techniques, train for a sports event, or achieve a specific goal.

1-on-1 Personal Training

Active Live offers 1-hour sessions with our highly skilled Personal Trainers for $99, and has a flexible pay-as-you-go policy. Sessions can be booked for any day of the week.

Private small group Personal Training

We also offer private small group training. If you have a corporate group or team of friends who would like to train together, we are happy to accommodate this.
